Cara Kinning is a Professional Organizer and the owner of Organized for Life. She lives with her wonderful husband, Robert, and their dog and two cats in beautiful Bon Air. Cara is not originally from Richmond, but she loves this area, and is happy to call it home.
She started her business in 2004, and finds it very rewarding to make a real and positive difference in peoples’ homes, offices, and lives. "It's my calling", says Cara. "I work with people who are fed up with the effects of disorganization. They're stressed and frustrated by clutter and by not being able to find what they need. They want to be more productive and in control, and have time for the things that are truly important to them like family, friends, and faith. And they want to be able to really enjoy their home and work environments."
Along with hands-on organizing and coaching, she also teaches classes and workshops, writes about organizing, and mentors organizers who are new to the industry. Cara gives her clients a new way of thinking about the things that are cluttering their lives, and teaches them the skills and methods they need to get organized and stay organized... for life!
