Jeff Samford is the owner and President of Business Partner of Richmond, a one-stop marketing franchise. He is an experienced executive having spent 13 years at Capital One in various leadership capacities, three years consulting for Fortune 1,000 companies as Director of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practice, and over five years as Vice-President of operations for JPM Chase’s student lending line of business. Jeff is a native of Richmond, and serves on the Board at Glen Allen Youth Athletic Association. He is an active member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the West Richmond Businessmen’s Association. He is also active with his church and coaching his son in baseball and basketball. Jeff graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Business Administration & Management.
