Sarah Warner joined Thompson McMullan in August 2005, after graduating from T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in May 2005. Mrs. Warner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997 from Auburn University. After college, Mrs. Warner spent four years at the American Bar Association’s Central and East European Law Initiative, where she focused on legal development programs in the Balkans and Albania.
Mrs. Warner’s law practice focuses on providing advice to small and medium size businesses on formation, operation, acquisitions, and termination. In addition, Mrs. Warner advises real estate developers on the registration of condominiums and assists developers, homeowners’, and associations in the management and operation of homeowner’s and condominium owners’ associations.
